"Mobile signals were very weak, and wifi signals were not reaching the room either. You have to go to the balcony to make a call or use the internet. The room had a cigarette smell. The shower drain was not working. Kettle and water glasses were missing. The toilet soap was not filled. Staff were running up and down stairs, making loud noises all day long. Cleaning was okay, but could be better. On top of this, they were asking for a tip and a 5-star review."

"I recently stayed at this hotel and had one of the worst experiences. The so-called Deluxe Room looked more like a jail cell than a comfortable stay option. The maintenance and cleanliness were extremely poor — the beds were in unhygienic condition, and the room smelled unpleasant. The bathroom had a strong smoke odor, making it very uncomfortable to use. On top of that, the spring mattress was terrible and caused severe back pain the next morning. After complaining, we were finally shifted to a Deluxe Room with a balcony, but the initial experience was so disappointing that it ruined our stay. The management really needs to improve room hygiene, maintenance, and guest comfort."

"It was a very bad experience, The room was very dirty. A very crystal clear cleanliness is not expected from a budget hotel but the room was actually missing basic cleaning. Noodles on the wall, hairs on the bed and pillow, food crumbs on bed hidden below bedsheet. Not recommended at all"

"Hotel staff is really nice and rooms are clean and comfortable. Had stayed here on a work trip. Location is good. Exactly opposite to Kailash Hospital and metro station is also nearby. The only bad experience for me was the food and here you cannot order from outside restaurants. But that is manageable, lots of options to eat nearby."
